KLN Freight (Sweden) AB operates camera surveillance on both indoor and outdoor areas. To support the surveillance, we have the Camera Surveillance Act 2018:1200.

Where surveillance is conducted, we provide information with signs. The purpose of our camera surveillance is to prevent, detect and investigate crimes. We do this for our own safety and that of our customers.

Recorded material is automatically deleted after 30 days. According to the Data Protection Regulation, you who are being monitored have the right to request that your personal data (images) be deleted and this will then take place within 30 days.

Does not apply to material that is investigated after a crime has occurred.

In the event of a crime, recorded material is provided to the investigating police or prosecutor. No other dissemination of recorded material will occur from our side. We have strict confidentiality regarding recorded material.
